Pour toutes les personnes qui manquent de confiance en elles, pour tous les moments où on ne se sent pas beau/belle, pour tous les moments où ne se reconnait plus, où on doute de ce qu'on fait, de qui on est, où on n'aime plus l'image que le miroir nous renvoi : je vous propose l'exercice du miroir de bienveillance.
